WIO Black Venom Nano Rocks - 2kg

WIO Black Venom Nano Rocks are rich and bold black in colouration. Their star, clean lines and textured surfaces make these stones into an essential part of the Aquascaper’s pallet. When used alongside bright green plants, especially those with soft textures such as Eleocharis, these rocks bring impact and drama to the display.

• This rock may raise pH and hardness slightly.
• Standard regular water changes should be enough to keep the hardness under control.

Tips:

Most WIO nano rocks come completely clean. Even though, we recommend to rinse them with water before use to remove any remaining dust and to avoid buoyancy of particles on the water fill up.

You can easily test if a stone is inert or if it will change slightly the pH and hardness. Simply place few drops of vinegar on the rock. If the vinegar (a base substance) fizzes or foams, it indicates that the stone contains some calcium.

Stones that contain calcium may alter the pH and kH. This can be especially pronounced if you have acidic water or CO2 addition. You can easily control it by regular water changes with osmotic or soft water. You can also use a water softener.
