The "Green Rili" dwarf shrimp comes in beautiful shades of green - from a light olive green to a deep moss green and unfolds its full potential on a dark substrate. It was created through years of selection and already inherited the "Rili phenomenon" as a homozygous. Characteristics of the Rili shrimp are a colored head and tail and a transparent body. Freshly hatched juveniles are almost transparent. The coloring can be enhanced with food containing astaxanthin.
