A variety of the Cryptocoryne wendtii group is the wendtii 'Broad Leaf', a medium-sized, bright green colored Cryptocoryne with broader leafs than the classic C. wendtii. It grows very well and is easy to care for. Planting tip: Cryptocorynes remain particularly small and compact when they grow in a pot, which can be pressed directly into the substrate. Due to the small volume in the root area, the plants remain smaller - a bonsai effect is created.
