Helanthium tenellum, also known as Echinodorus tenellus, is a herb that is one of the most popular foreground plants. The "Broad Leaf" variant looks very similar to the classic one, but has wider and bright green leaves and stays slightly shorter. You can set beautiful accents with it by planting individual shoots or cultivate it as a dense carpet of grass by regularly pruning it vigorously.
