Persicaria "Sao Paulo" comes from Brazil and is probably one of the most intensely colored plants suitable for aquariums. Under sufficiently strong lighting and with additional CO2 administration, this Persicaria shines in a strong magenta. The upright growth habit with lanceolate leaves and the color represent a great contrast to many other aquarium plants. This rarely available plant is also ideal for open aquariums and paludariums.
