Pogostemon stellatus originally comes from Asia, where it grows in swampy areas. It is a fine-leaved and rather larg stem plant. Its leaves are narrow and come in colors ranging from green to red and purple. This Pogostemon is a rather difficult plant to grow as it needs enough light, extra CO2 and a good supply of nutrients.
