Payment Options

Payment in advance:

After submitting your order, you will be automatically sent confirmation of receipt. We will check the order and then send you the invoice with the account details.

You then transfer the amount to our account.
In order to be able to allocate the invoice, please state the order number as reference.

As soon as your payment is credited to our account, we will ship as soon as possible.
(Please note that account transfers can take up to 3 days.)

If you want to speed up the process, simply send us the transfer confirmation (either from the online banking screenshot or the scanned receipt) by email.

Direct referral system (Klarna):

With Klarna, you can conveniently transfer the respective amount to your online banking account while you are still placing your order. Garnelaxia receives a real-time confirmation after completing the direct transfer. In this way, we can ship stock goods immediately - you will then receive your purchases faster.

Direct referral systmeets the high security standards of online banking and has TÜV-certified data protection. You don't have to register, nor do you need a credit card. You pay easily, securely and quickly directly with your online bank account.

Please note: If the delivery address you require differs from your PayPal address, please add the delivery address to your PayPal account and select it before sending the payment to us.

Unfortunately, according to PayPal regulations, we are only allowed to ship to the delivery address provided to us by PayPal!

Pay conveniently by cash on delivery:
You only pay for the goods directly to the postman when you receive the package.

Cash on delivery charges: €6
The cash on delivery payment method is only possible within Austria and only applies to the "standard package for general items" shipping method.

When you visit the shop, you can pay in cash or conveniently with a debit card or credit card. We are looking forward to your visit!

In the case of delivery by Garnelaxia to your home, only cash payment is possible.
