The vietnamese 'Redline' Snail, also known as Zebra Swamp Snail, has a light yellow shell with delicate dark brown stripes and grows up to 4 cm in size.
It makes itself useful as a health police and eats dead plant parts and dead fish before they can pollute the water. Algae are also high on the menu of this snail.
This snail is a life bearer and the female zebra snails give birth to up to 14 young snails at a time.
