Starting dosage:
Day 1: 25ml
Day 8, 15, 22, 29: 15 ml

Maintenance dosing:
7.5 ml every 14 days

Therapeutic dosage:
Day 1: 37ml
Day 8, 15, 22, 29: 25 ml

Add the bacteria directly to the aquarium or filter.
