The Babaulti Stripes is an easy to keep, robust and interesting shrimp species from India. Because of this, it is a beginner-friendly shrimp. The Babaulti shrimp is a little bit leaner and more active than most other dwarf shrimp. Its base colouration varies from transparent to yellow, blue and red and the stripes are mostly dark brown.

In regards to feeding, the Babaulti Stripes shrimp is not picky. It will eat different sorts of shrimp food, leaves, algae and biofilm, dead plant parts, etc. The water should have a low to medium hardness and ideally around 25°C.
