SMART MOVE Acclimatisation Kit

The SMART MOVE Acclimatisation Kit is a professional tool with the necessary components for gently acclimating new fish, shrimp and other creatures to the water conditions of your aquarium at home. Siphon starter and flow indicator chamber allow water siphon to start quickly and efficiently. At the same time, the chamber offers a good view of the water flow from the aquarium to the acclimation tank.

The set includes a 10ml bottle of Aquavital Stress Protect, which, thanks to its balanced composition with 40% aloe vera, iodine and vitamin C, strengthens the immune system of the new animals, makes them resistant to pathogens and promotes wound healing.

Application:
1. Place the opened animal transport bag in a clean container with a capacity of 2-3 times the volume of the transport water.

2. Hang the acclimatisation kit's curved plastic tube on the side of your aquarium. The filter sponge at the water inlet must be positioned so that it is completely submerged and not exposed to air bubbles or stronger water currents.

3. Place the end of the hose with the water outlet in the container and make sure it cannot slip out.

4. Close the water control valve and gently squeeze the siphon starter/flow switch until water starts to flow.

5. Slowly open the water control valve until water drips from your aquarium into the tank. Adjust the drip rate with the control valve so that the container fills completely over a period of 2 to 3 hours and the water slowly mixes. Close the water control valve when the container is filled.

6. Add 6 drops of Aquavital Stress Protect to the container for every 1 liter of water and wait about 10 minutes.

7. When the animals appear calm and relaxed, slowly and carefully place them in the aquarium using a net.
 

Tip: Before introducing new animals, switch off the aquarium lighting and dim the lighting in the room in which the animals are to be acclimated - this also reduces stress.
